Mr J & Mr M. 1. The overall compatibility. Overall
the compatibility good for areas that are interactive and related to you thinking
as well as dealings with each other. Plans as well as thought patterns about
common areas of work would be under a lot of harmony. Even personalities
would be such that there would be support to each other even though there could
be initial resistance to each other's ideas. There are however certain in
built problems in work area based on which the right opportunities and possibility
of growth as well as creation of wealth together will not be possible. 2.
Whether similar luck patterns would operate in the future to ensure that you would
be working together on a long term basis. More or less yes. This is
a negative point basically since when one person is going through a good period
the other one would experience a good time too generally. On the other hand when
one person would get into a bad phase the other one too would be running a similar
phase. The problem with this situation is that when the going is bad there is
no support from either person and usually businesses really fall down or fold
up when such a concurrent phase operates. There would be a period of difficulty
in career / pitfalls and reversal in work area for Mr Javier, that must have continued
since Oct 2000. This difficult period is likely till Oct 2004 with better effects
available after that. Investments should be on hold for Mr Javier. For Mr
M the adverse period of the last two years ie since July 2000 would continue with
lower intensity till early 2005. Thereafter there could be some very speedy growth
in career till 2007 end. Due to this we would advice that even if there
are plans and real need to work together, you should hold your investments till
at least end of 2004. 3. Whether partnership business suits both or all
partners at the same time. Here again is a controversial point since
in the chart of Mr M there is a clear indication of losses through partnership.
The same might have been experienced in the last couple of years too. There is
indication at the same time that foreign business without significant investment
would be a good idea to go about your business. In case of Mr. Javier it
is clear that certain benefits from partnership are possible, BUT only if there
is ability to find the right partner. There are possibilities of a wrong choice
as well as misplaced confidence that is likely to backfire when working together.
Certain amount of deception and withholding of facts possible from the partners
side too. Therefore on this account too a joint business between the two
is not suggested. 4. Temperament compatibility to each other. Mostly
favorable in this regard. There could be instances when Mr M could come across
as idealistic and it would need the support of Mr Javier to settle a practical
way of working out things. There should a lot of harmony and attraction
towards each other ensuring that the business is run without any ill will. 5.
Instincts and reactions to various situations to ensure comfort level in the business. Here
again there would be a very high level of comfort. Except for certain extra liberal
ness in ideas of Mr. M there would not be many issues where the thought patterns
and instincts would be different.. Most of the time the issues would be
handled in a way that the other person would think that he too would have done
it the same way.
6. An analysis of personalities to decide which
person should hold the stable parts and which person is good for promotional &
interactive part of the business.
We believe here that Mr. Javier is
more suited to handle the stable and the anchor role in the organization. The
hard work and stability in temperament would ensure a good working atmosphere.
There could also be some very good marketing & selling inputs as well as efforts
from him. Mr. M would be good in the verbal presentation and the promotional
part of the business. The interactive parts as well as client meetings are best
handled through Mr. M.
Investment decisions of Mr. M could be poor though.
7. Whether partnership business suits both the persons.
In entirety
the partnership business only moderately suitable for Mr M in such projects that
are more skill oriented than capital intensive. In case of high investment or
speculative nature of business there are high chances of losses. For Mr
Javier too partnership business is suited to an extent. It suits him more that
Mr M but the choice of the person involved is of paramount importance. CONCLUSION
: We would advice against a current alignment at all. As mentioned
above numerous problems are likely to arise in the coming times. It would be better
to wait and watch till end 2004. Since the compatibility is also below average
so we shall advice you against such an alliance and if there is a dire need to
work together then it is better you wait till early 2005 and the business so commenced
