REFUNDS

Order once placed cannot usually be cancelled. However refunds would be made, if at all required, in the following circumstances:

In case of erroneous duplicate transaction. The duplicate amount billed would be refunded.
In case the order placed is not executable due to incorrect birth details, which cannot be rectified.
In case the service requested is not possible due to any circumstances at our end.

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds shall carry out based on the difference between the service expected and that provided by our expert.
